Most goods are delivered directly from our stocks. However there may be occasions when items are out of stock. Under such circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible with an anticipated delivery date and give you the option of placing the item on "back order" or cancelling it and obtaining a refund. Contact is made via email so please ensure you provide your correct address when ordering.

Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase excluding consumable items. We would respectfully request that you always retain your receipt or despatch note as proof of purchase for any warranty claim. We regret that no warranty claim can be considered without proof of purchase.

Elektrix obligation in the event of defective goods, damaged goods, failure to deliver goods, incorrect quantities or incorrect goods shipped will be to either, (a) Offer a full refund to the value of the goods or (b) Offer a replacement or any goods of incorrect quantity, defective or damaged. Under no circumstances will Elektrix be liable for any consequential, direct or indirect loss arising from any such occurrence stated above. The total liability of Elektrix in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the goods.

These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without notice. Changes will take effect on the date that they are posted on this website (refer to date above for date of update).
You will be asked to read and accept the Terms and Conditions each time you place an order to confirm that you are familiar with the most current ones. They do not affect your statutory rights.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button.
After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the items you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an email acknowledging receipt of your order.
